MY ORDER INCLUDED MULTIPLE ITEMS. WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
When a customer purchases multiple items, there are many times when we utilize different distribution channels to fulfill the order. Because of this, your items will be shipped separately. You may receive one before the next. Please don't panic! If you don't receive them all at once, please be assured they will get to you as quickly as possible.
HELP! I ORDERED AN ITEM BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
There are many online email providers whose SPAM filter are pretty high. Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation ended up in there.
MY ITEM HASN'T ARRIVED YET ...
Sometimes if we ship to a country other than our own the package can take several days to more than a week to process through your country's customs. As soon as your item clears customs it is handed off to a local carrier to deliver to your address. You should be able to see this information by using the tracking information we provide. We have a delivery guarantee for our items so please be assured your item is on its way and will arrive soon.
I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM. WHAT'S YOUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Gogobomo Gear within the first 30 days you may return the merchandise for a 100% refund of the product price paid (less any shipment/freight charges incurred by Gogobomo Gear for shipping the item to you, our customer + 20% restocking fee) for the returned merchandise.
- All returned merchandise must be currently available on Gogobomo.com. Items that have been discontinued from our store may not be returned.
- All returned merchandise must have an RMA number accompany the shipment and it must be shipped to the address we provide. Please contact us by phone or email and we will provide a return address and an RMA number if you quality for this return policy.
- The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of every return package. Please include a printout of your order invoice email and insert it into the package to be returned.
- If you are returning any food or other consumables they must be unopened and fully intact for a full refund.
- You, the buyer, are responsible for all return/shipment charges.
- To prevent abuse of our return guarantee program, we will cap merchandise return refunds at the amount of $500 per customer in any consecutive 12 month period.
- Once the returned merchandise is received by our returns department, all refunds owing will be credited to order's billing customer via the order's original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.

We only ship to the United States of America, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Norway, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand.
If you are outside of these regions, please contact us at email@example.com to ask if we will make a special exception.
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email stating the estimated delivery window. If you wish to know a more detailed estimate, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your country and postal/zip code and the item desired. We will then be able to give you a better idea as to how long it may take for your item to arrive at your shipping address.
All orders are processed in the warehouse within 1-3 business days. We strive to ship out items as quickly as possible to you but please be advised that due to some items being in high demand it may take up to 3-5 weeks for your item to arrive. Please see the guidelines below to check for details for where you live.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
In general we do not offer a warranty on our products beyond our return/exchange period. If it is beyond that period we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly instead.
